This privacy policy describes how the Aetherhaven Community Marketplace and Wiki (aetherhaven.net) collect and use information.
Information we collect
- Hytale sign-in. When you Sign in with Hytale, we receive your game profile identity (such as username and profile UUID) via Hytale OAuth and store a session cookie so you stay signed in.
- Community submissions. Buildings you submit (prefab data, icons, screenshots, display names, and optional metadata) are stored so moderators can review them and so approved builds can appear in the catalog.
- Upvotes and downloads. We record votes and download counts tied to building IDs (and to your signed-in profile for upvotes).
- Technical logs. Standard server logs may include IP addresses and request metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and reliability.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Operate the marketplace catalog, wiki, creator dashboard, and moderation tools
- Authenticate accounts and enforce rate limits
- Improve reliability and prevent abuse
Advertising
We may show advertisements through Google AdSense on public pages such as the community builds catalog and the wiki. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including personalized ads where allowed by law. Third parties may collect or receive information about your use of this site as part of providing those ads.

Cookies

Sessions, submissions, votes, and catalog data are retained as long as needed to operate the community marketplace. You may withdraw pending submissions or remove your published builds from the public catalog where those controls are available on the site.
