These terms apply to your use of the Aetherhaven Community Marketplace and Wiki at aetherhaven.net. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The service
This website provides a public wiki for the Aetherhaven Hytale mod and a community catalog where signed-in users can submit, browse, and download player-created plot buildings. The site is operated by Hexvane as part of the Aetherhaven project.
Accounts
Some features require Sign in with Hytale. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share session access or attempt to access another user's account.
Community build submissions
- You must own or have permission to share the building content you submit, including prefab data, screenshots, icons, and descriptions.
- Submissions must not contain illegal content, malware, or material intended to harass or harm others.
- Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may reject, remove, or edit listings that violate these terms or that we consider unsuitable for the catalog.
- By submitting an approved build, you grant other players permission to download and use that prefab in their Aetherhaven towns through this catalog, subject to any license you state in the listing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse site APIs, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access
- Upload false or misleading submission metadata
- Interfere with moderation, voting, or catalog integrity
- Use the site in ways that violate applicable law
Wiki and third-party content
Wiki articles describe the Aetherhaven mod and related addons. Game content and names may belong to their respective owners. External links (Discord, CurseForge, Patreon) are subject to those sites' own terms.
Disclaimer
The site and mod are provided as-is without warranties. Aetherhaven is a fan-made mod and is not an official Hytale product. Hexvane is not liable for loss of game data, server issues, or damages arising from use of submitted community builds.
Changes
We may update these terms or change site features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be noted on this page or in community announcements.
