Clinic and recovery
Recruit Elara Willowmere from Town Level 4, build her Clinic and complete recruitment.
Set up care
Talk to Elara and choose Let us check the clinic. The medicine cabinet accepts Lesser Health Potions from your inventory. Each bottle supplies 80 medicine, and the cabinet holds 800. Medicine is spent only when someone receives healing.
Bring injured guards into the clinic with Follow, then ask them to Wait Here. Elara treats one nearby resident at a time, seeing the most seriously injured first. Both people must remain inside the clinic and close together. Twelve quiet seconds restore up to forty health. Fighting and new injuries interrupt treatment. Elara also needs to take breaks for food and rest.
The clinic cannot revive the dead. Visit the Gaia Altar for revival.
Guards also recover slowly when resting safely. After thirty quiet seconds, they recover a little health every ten seconds. Clinic medicine provides faster recovery. The care screen shows Elara's availability and treatment progress while it is open.
If treatment is waiting
Read the care screen for medicine, availability and progress. Keep the patient and Doctor inside the Clinic, near each other, out of combat and able to reach the treatment area. Donate more Lesser Health Potions when medicine runs low. Injured civilian residents can seek care; use Follow and Wait Here to bring a guard in.
The Clinic is a core specialist service, not a workplace type you assign in the priority grid. Guild hall and guards explains guard orders; Population and villager availability explains resurrection.
