Corin Mosscup is usually found at the inn when they are on shift.
Guest Book
At Town Level 3, ask Corin about Building Upgrades to unlock the Guest Book for 100 gold from the treasury. The Guest Book dialogue option appears after this upgrade.
The book shows available guests in Town Level order. Each invitation costs 50 gold from the treasury and requests the next free morning guest spot. Only one invitation can wait at a time. Cancelling an invitation does not refund its fee.
